Helps BFSI customers digitize manual collection process, during the current pandemic crisis
Gnani.ai, an AI startup today announced the launch of “GnaniCollection VoiceBot”, a multilingual conversational voice bot. The Gnani CollectionVoiceBot enables an intelligent dialogue between customers and the financial institution
